Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on a case by case basis. Your candle is eligible if when burned correctly, it does not perform well, which happens rarely. If you order a scent that you do not like, an exchange may be accepted, shipping cost for both the responsibility of the customer.
